At Pavisha Gifts, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time across India.
We currently deliver orders only within India.
Orders are generally delivered within 3–7 working days after the order has been confirmed and payment has been successfully processed.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, courier service, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
A shipping charge of ₹60 applies to:
For prepaid/online payment orders of below ₹200 , shipping charges of ₹30 would be applied.
For prepaid/online payment orders of ₹200 or above, shipping is free.
The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before you place your order.
Orders are normally processed after successful order confirmation and payment verification.
For Cash on Delivery orders, processing will begin after the order has been confirmed.
Orders may take additional time to process if we need to contact you to verify any order details.
While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances such as:
We request customers to provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number when placing an order.
Where tracking information is available, it may be shared with the customer through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address, PIN code, email address, and contact number.
Pavisha Gifts will not be responsible for delays or additional delivery charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If an order cannot be delivered because the customer is unavailable, refuses delivery, provides an incorrect address, or does not respond to the courier, the shipment may be returned to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests re-shipment.
